For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

Any individual who has completed the Surgawin registration process and holds an active account on the platform.
The individual player account created upon successful registration, used to access platform services, manage funds, and track activity.

Any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Surgawin platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the platform's operational policies.
To register and maintain a Surgawin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Surgawin strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all transactions voided, and any remaining balance forfeited or returned at the platform's discretion following investigation.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Surgawin platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify Surgawin promptly of any changes.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by Surgawin for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, including:
Surgawin aims to complete standard KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex reviews may take longer. Surgawin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Surgawin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Surgawin accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All supported payment methods are listed on the platform's cashier page and include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your Surgawin account instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes to process depending on the financial institution. Surgawin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
All payment methods used to deposit funds must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
All deposits, game balances, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit. Surgawin does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Players attempting to deposit in a foreign currency may have their funds converted or their deposit rejected depending on the payment processor's behaviour.
Surgawin does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own fees. Please consult your payment provider's terms for details.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full prior to processing:
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers and FPX withdrawals may take between one (1) and three (3) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may vary.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering (AML) safeguard. Exceptions may be accommodated at Surgawin's discretion subject to additional verification.
Standard accounts are subject to daily and monthly withdrawal limits as published in the cashier section. VIP tier members benefit from progressively higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms. Surgawin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
Surgawin reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such holds and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.
Surgawin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in the bonus notification. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must wager RM3,000 in eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, whilst table games, live dealer games, sports betting, and other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent towards wagering. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Surgawin will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Surgawin monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated exploitation of offers across multiple accounts, and systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances removed and may be suspended.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Claiming a second bonus while a wagering requirement is active may result in the forfeiture of either the existing or new bonus at Surgawin's discretion.
All casino games offered on the Surgawin platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, player identity, or account balance.
In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts may be declared void. Surgawin will not honour payouts resulting from technical errors, display glitches, software faults, or connectivity issues on either the platform or player side. Decisions made by Surgawin in relation to game malfunctions are final.
Sports betting is governed by specific market rules available on the sportsbook section of the platform. In all cases, the rules communicated at the time of bet placement prevail. Surgawin is not liable for losses arising from disconnections, internet outages, or device failures occurring during active game sessions. Where technically possible, game state is preserved upon reconnection. Players are advised to maintain stable internet connectivity during play.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Surgawin platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at Surgawin's discretion:

You may close your Surgawin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after satisfaction of applicable bonus terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed during an active self-exclusion period cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.
Surgawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, underage access, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Where an account is closed by Surgawin for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct, Terms breach), any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part following investigation. Where closure is initiated by Surgawin for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified real money balances will be returned.
Surgawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Surgawin operates.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as determined by Surgawin's operational licensing framework.
